IMPACT AS A COACH AND LEADER - Team coaching
Teamcoaching is … creating awareness on collective patterns in doing and thinking, which form the basis of how a group stays in a current unconscious non-desired state with non-satisfactory results. In addition to creating and broadening awareness, the team coach will use team interventions to break old habits and bring the team to the next level of team maturity. The team coach is inspiring, offers challenges, calls upon the responsibility of the team members to acquire competencies and integrate new collective believes to support them in the achievement of their team goals.
For us, this is the essence of team coaching: facilitating teams, so that by themselves they can build a higher-performance collaboration. We do this via tailored interventions that bring to the surface how team members maintain an undesired situation involuntarily and unconsciously
- • For any coach, who likes to specialise him/herself in facilitating teams to the next level of maturity and performance.
- • For leaders, HR specialists, project leaders with some coaching experience who want to improve their facilitation skills and pallet of team interventions.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
This 6 day program brings you the inner power and self-awareness to guide teams in a professional way. You will get more fun from team coaching and you will be surprised by the effects you can generate together with teams using the systemic approach. You learn how to create in your team coaching an environment of trust, where synergy and growth allows individuals to take bigger risks than what they usually would. The program is very much experience based with a lot of practice moments. We use your cases and we build on them during the program. We coach you personally so you can grow in your development as a team coach. We challenge you to test and try out each element of the programme between and after the programme.
- Coach-the-coach - 2 hours personal coaching based on your questions regarding your attitude and beliefs as a team coach that impede you to apply what you learnt.
- Guided Intervision - minimum 8 hours by participant. During this intervision you bring a case and together with the other participants you are broadening your awareness and exploring options. An experienced team facilitator is present and discusses the here and now effects.
- Support - specific questions can be asked by phone, mail,…till 3 months after the program. TCS also provides you with tools in word version which you can use in your team interventions.
- Peer team coaching - Between the training blocks we expect you to exercise at least 4 hours with colleagues to process and integrate what you have learned during the program.
